AI in S

Flexibility with safety. The autonomy the clinic gives its AI.

The AI handles leads and patients on its own, within the clinic’s rules. L1 automatic · L2 what the clinic wants to confirm · L3 money and clinical decisions, person only.

19:00 → 08:30

A night at the clinic.

The AI replies, books and reschedules under clinic rules. The team only sees the exceptions.

What AI does

Five jobs that no longer wait.

  • It answers whoever writes. At any hour.

The virtual assistant (AI) replies on WhatsApp, on Telegram, by SMS and on the web page; it books, reschedules and cancels, and helps in the patient portal. New contacts only during clinic hours.

  • The email arrives. It is already in the case.

In the lab’s mailbox, an email about an existing case is linked to the case, under a rule the lab switches on. A new job arrives as a proposal.

  • The appointment transcribed. The next one already prepared.

The dentist taps "Generate summary" and gets the essentials: prepared for the dentist to review · a record, not a clinical decision.

  • It remembers the person. Never the illness.

Memory is per person, encrypted with that person’s key, and disappears when the person asks for erasure. Health is never memory.

  • The forgotten lead comes back to the conversation.

A lead idle for over 100 days can receive an SMS or email with a link to the assistant. Only for contacts with recorded consent; opt-out in every message.

Channels

One brain, every channel.

Wherever it comes from, the message reaches one queue and goes through the same rules. Tap a channel to see the path.

Three levels

Every act has its level.

Automatic is the normal path. The clinic chooses what it wants to confirm; money and clinical decisions are for a person only.

  1. L1

    Automatic

The normal path. The clinic switches the area on once; AI acts under rules in the code, notifies the team and logs everything.

  2. L2

    Confirmed

Only what the clinic chooses: the team confirms before it goes out.

  3. L3

    Person only

Money and clinical decisions. Only a person.

Bring your own AI

Claude or ChatGPT connected to S via MCP, with the permissions of whoever connects them. What they write is a proposal.

  1. "Write the note for Joana’s appointment."
  2. propose_… → proposal created
  3. The dentist confirms.

Guarantees

What is guaranteed.

  • Isolation per organisation

Each clinic and each lab sees only its own data. The rule is in the database.

  • Audit chain

Each act is linked to the previous one by a hash, with signed checkpoints.

  • Encryption per person

Each person’s data uses that person’s key. Erasure destroys the key.

  • Pseudonymised text

External AI models receive names replaced by pseudonyms.

  • Kill switch and caps

Each rule can be switched off at any time. There is a master switch in the installation and cost caps per turn and per day.
