Talk to your clinic

If your clinic turns it on

A question after your appointment? The assistant answers from your dentist’s notes.

Medication and new clinical questions go to your dentist. The assistant works when your clinic turns it on.

It is not a dentist. It answers in Portuguese, French and German.

Only the clinical team reads your clinical questions.

Photo received. Your dentist’s notes say the swelling can last up to three days and advise ice, 10 minutes at a time. As it also hurts, I am passing the photo to your dentist.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get into my page?

Your clinic sends you an invitation. Open the link in it.

My clinic does not use S. Can I use it?

Yes: you can create your account without a clinic. You can also share this page with your clinic.

Who sees my data?

Your clinic and the people it authorises. The assistant uses the notes from your appointment only to answer you. The clinic is responsible for your data; S is the tool.

Is the assistant a dentist?

No. It is an automatic assistant. It answers from the notes your dentist wrote at your appointment. Medication and new clinical questions go to your dentist.

Can I take my data to another clinic?

Yes. Download them from your page (a JSON file; PDF when the data comes from one clinic only) and hand over the file. With clinics on the S network, you can share directly.

How do I request erasure?

On your page. The clinic carries out the request within the legal period and keeps only what the law requires.

And for a child under 18?

A legal guardian may be needed.
